Pratikraman - Jain daily practice
Pratikraman literally means "turning back" — turning away from wrong actions. It involves confessing and repenting for sins committed knowingly or unknowingly through mind, speech, and body. It is performed twice daily (morning and evening) by devout Jains.
It is a powerful tool for spiritual cleansing. Through regular Pratikraman, karmic bonds are weakened, and the soul progresses on the path of liberation.
